■Key responsibilities of Role:
Contributes to product quality improvement for both domestic and imported products through customer issue resolution from multiple angles. Implementation of company Quality policy to reach quality G&O, cooperate with other functions by the guidance of Quality manual and Quality SOPs to ensure products quality. As the key window person for Moka plant and SABIC commercial team for customer after sell service and customer compliant process.
Guides, executes, tracks progress and ensures completion of assignments and/or work process effectively and prioritizes based on business criticality:
Evaluates and analyzes projects, products, materials with its severity of customer issue, supports root cause analysis, generates reports, performs quality improvement tasks and coordinates own activities with other engineers and operating groups and improvement activities/programs/projects or application design.
Scopes and implements projects in coordination with manager, MFG team, other site’s relating team and other engineering resources to ensure product quality improvement.
Leads and teaches quality and efficiency management techniques/concepts.
Identifies improvement opportunities, leads improvement studies at unit level for complex problems interacting with multiple disciplines, develops business cases or plans in area of expertise overseeing total business impact.
Identifies type of QA risk assessment, executes risk assessments and ensures follow up and closure.
Develops long term strategy to improve known KPI’s in own discipline.
QA & QC information management on maintenance manufacturing technology and technical know-how.
Exchanging technical information and global communication with overseas counterparts.
Lead continuous process improvement regarding to EHSS, equipment reliability, capacity.
