Following global creative direction and Regional Visual merchandising directive to execute and align with Marketing GTM calendar & merchandising product strategy for each product/campaign launch/events in multi-brand channel, special focus on ABC mart account. Implement and maintain all visual directives and standards for interior merchandising, windows, popup stores, and in store special events to deliver the brand consistency including product stories. Execute in line to the business strategy and contribute in improving the overall consumers’ in-store experiences.
1.Work closely with relevant parties to make sure all visual materials to be clearly presented in the stores.
- Visual productions of seasonal key products
- Review and report monthly visual displays in store for improvement.
- Support VM part of store opening, refit, popup stores, and any brand/company events for Wholesale.
2. Store planning
- Support new store openings and store improvement project including floor plan and furniture placement according to the corporate guidelines.
- Management of POP-UP & Seasonal store layout and visual point zone creation and setting.
3. Communication, Training and Coaching
- Train all store personnel including External Rounder Service team on basic VM techniques and principles to ensure consistency in display standards.
- Provide qualitative feedback on photos submitted for improvement
- Report activities, results, and sharing pictures of executions for visibility within Region and various function teams, such as Merch, Wholesale, Retail and Marketing
- Implement store rounds systematically every month to improve store branding.
