Responsibilities:

• Applies broad industry knowledge and commercial awareness to drive financial performance.
•Contributes to the development of functional/operational long-term strategy and develops annual plans to ensure execution and alignment.
•Scope of work has impact not only the immediate work unit but also on the broader business unit or function.
•Directs and advises others in solving complex, unique problems that have a broad impact on the business / function.
•Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of data and/or situation requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including current business or function trends.
•Lead the team to support operations for significant technical issues

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

Requirements:
・Education in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or Science with　experience in Materials, Polymers, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines is required.
・ Requires complex judgment based on advanced analytical thinking
・Requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions
・Strong desire to grow the business through technical solution development to customers, with preference for those that have previous product development, technical service, application development, or other related experience.
・Ability to quickly and independently learn about new materials, processes, markets, applications. Ability to read and understand patents and technical literature to understand technical trends.
・Strong communicator. Able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and clearly articulate a technical value proposition and teach customers about solutions.
・Ability to extract understanding about technical problems and requirements from customers through a variety of interactions. Able to coordinate collaborative workstreams with customers.
・Self-motivated, passionate team player and result oriented.
・Good teamwork, problem solving, presentation and interpersonal skills.
・Language skill plus - English, Chinese, etc..
