■主な業務
・機械学習モデルの開発と最適化
・データ分析と機械学習技術を応用し、研究開発プロジェクトを推進。プロジェクト推進。
・チーム内でデータ分析と機械学習プロセスを改善する方法を積極的に模索し、実施する。

JOB PURPOSE
To contribute to fundamental research and development of catalyst products by leveraging machine learning expertise, with the aim of enhancing our scientific research capabilities in agreement with Technology Roadmap based on general and future expected technical requirement of automotive industry.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
・Develop and optimise machine learning models to enhance research outcomes, tailoring them to meet specific customer project requirements.
・Apply advanced data analysis and machine learning techniques to generate actionable insights that drive R&D projects (e.g. catalyst formulation design, etc.).
・Actively seek and implement ways to improve data analytics and machine learning processes within the team.
・Work collaboratively with various R&D teams, ensuring effective communication and integration of data-driven solutions.
・Participate the activity for ISO14001, OHSAS18001 certifications and Lean of Technology Department.

■休日：週休二日制, 祝日, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始
