Job Purpose
This role will drive mid to long-term talent development strategies for Japan’s corporate & retail organization. Build strong partnerships with Global Talent Development Team, local P&D functions, and business leaders to ensure effective training programs are developed and thoroughly executed to accelerate the development of organizational capabilities in every aspect. Understand the requirements from every function of corporate & retail and provide solutions by leveraging the market trends as well as global offerings. Make sure global direction is adapted in the local market effectively and make market relevant adjustments as necessary.

■休日：完全週休二日制, 祝日, 年末年始, 土, 日

• 10-12 years of HR and/or relevant training experiences in retail and/or multinational companies is highly preferable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English.
• Design and develop contents for training programs in response to organizational requirements and growth opportunities.
• Experience in facilitating large group sessions.
• Organized and in detail oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience of managing LMS (Learning Management System such as Workday Talent module) is preferred.
