JOB SUMMARY:
As a supervisor in charge of General testing, supporting the Regional Lab Manager, provides the incumbent
exercises of Lab operation management, supports to administrative functions and staff trainings. Materialize quality
improvement of all laboratory testing and ensure the efficiency of laboratory services with process improvement to
build professional organization contributing to improve customer satisfaction and grow total business of a IDEXX
Laboratories K.K

一般検査部のスーパーバイザーとして、リージョナル・ラボ・マネージャーをサポートする。
ラボの運営管理、管理業務のサポート、スタッフトレーニングの実施。
すべてのラボ検査の顧客満足度向上に貢献するプロフェッショナルな組織作りのため、プロセス改善による検査業務の効率化を図る。

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Manage and supervise each staff in the performance of their duties, together with motivating for Targets and
Goals, supporting for their achievement and appropriate feedbacks.
● Maintain and monitor Quality Control Programs and Quality Assurance Program; review results, take
appropriate corrective action.
● Dedicate to manage and improve Laboratory testing process flow, from specimen requisition to, all kinds of
testing and reporting.
● Lead, direct and manage staff, in order to improve efficiency of routine works within the team.
● As the Lab Supervisor in charge of General testing, communicating with other related depts., aim to improve
overall Lab service and quality
● Recognize Lab staff’s skills and provide opportunity and support to brush up and acquire.
● Direct and supervise each staff in the performance of their duties
● Support Lab Manager to build strong team with customer satisfaction focused.
● Take care of escalation of customer related complaints or claims.
● Manage metrics of Lab operation, analyzing data, establishing counter measures, execution and reporting.
● Report to Lab manager and explain to related depts, about Lab operations including any activities,
achievements, incidents and accidents etc.
● Communicate with related depts or Global team for future growth of Japan Lab and improvement of customer
satisfaction.
● Vendor management and budget control.
● Recruitment and attendance management for Lab staffs

●品質管理プログラムおよび品質保証プログラムの維持・監視。
●適切な是正措置を講じる。
●検体要求からあらゆる種類の検査、報告まで、検査室の検査フローを管理・改善する。
●検査と報告。
●チーム内の日常業務の効率化を図るため、スタッフを指導、監督、管理する。
●一般検査担当のラボ・スーパーバイザーとして、他の関連部門とコミュニケーションを図り、ラボ全体のサービスと質の向上を目指す。
●ラボ全体のサービスと質の向上を目指す。
●ラボスタッフのスキルを認識し、ブラッシュアップと習得の機会とサポートを提供する。
●各スタッフの職務遂行を指揮・監督する。
●ラボマネージャーをサポートし、顧客満足を重視した強力なチームを構築する。
●顧客に関する苦情やクレームのエスカレーションを担当する。
●ラボ運営の指標を管理し、データを分析し、対策を立て、実行し、報告する。
●ラボ・マネージャーへの報告、関連部署への説明、
●活動、成果、インシデント、アクシデントなど。
●日本ラボの今後の成長と顧客満足度向上のため、関連部門やグローバルチームとコミュニケーショ ンをとる。

●ベンダーの管理と予算管理。

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
● Experience in a Managerial / Supervisory / Project Leader capacity (medical laboratory experience preferable)
● Experience in initiating and implementing changes in work practices or new application.
● Experience in business / operational environment, mainly communicated in English.

最低資格
●管理職／監督職／プロジェクトリーダーの経験（医療検査室での経験が望ましい）。
●業務慣行や新しいアプリケーションの変更を開始し、実施した経験。
●主に英語でのコミュニケーション。
