■General Description:
Managing financial, accounting, payroll, tax, and audit across the business units for 4 legal entities. Be the focal point for accounting and tax matter, aligning business activities with local statutory requirements.

■Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Lead all finance and accounting activities for the business, including monthly, quarterly and yearly closing reporting.
• Responsible on any internal or external audit event, Correspond with auditors / tax auditors / internal auditors for financial matters.
• Communicate with external advisers and auditors
• Budgeting and forecasting financial result
• Lead process improvements and other internal projects
• Plays the role of legal affairs regarding contracts, agreements, and terms and conditions with third parties
• Supervise & develop team, analysing and improving team performance in term of quality and accuracy for finance process.
• Work closely with the business and your different stakeholders
• Manage payroll related matter

■Report to:
Finance Director, Asia

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, 年末年始

Requirement:
• 7+ years experiences in Accounting/Finance and multinational environment
• Strong leadership and good communication with positive mindset
• Flexible and willing to accept new challenges
• Excellent on handling multiple tasks
• Knowledge about Payroll procedure, labour law and regulation
• Skilled at MS Office especially MS Excel
• Knowledge about Japanese accounting and taxation
• Business level English

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree (In Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance or similar is preferable)
