Position Summary:
This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work in the commercial world of Infineum and become an active part of the Asia Pacific sales organisation. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with the wider Asia Pacific region and international Infineum colleagues outside of Japan. The position is a liaison to ensure that the sales operations in Japan run seamlessly.
What you will be doing:
- Assist with pricing administration and business analysis
- Maintain customer relationships at an appropriate level
- Coordinate or lead major sales driven company activities such as the Trends Seminar.
- Coordinate and/or support controls and compliance activities related to sales
- Manage SAP R3 modules related to sales operations
- Support SAP migration from R3 to HANA platform
- Act as interface between Supply Chain and customers and ensure smooth operations
- Support Account Managers with sales activities such as customer documentation (e.g. product specifications), sample arrangements, etc.
- Any other duties as assigned
