- 仕事内容

- Entry of various data and submission to external accounting firm to prepare monthly report for HQ
- Document management (paper/electric data) together with sales
- Payment and filing of invoices (mainly electronically)
- Petty cash management
- Handling social security and tax related document with external accounting firm
- Accounts receivable (reporting to HQ and sales team)
- Preparation for year-end closing
- Correspondence with external auditors
- Inventory management with technical department
- Checking travel expense reports, submitting data to external accountant for pay slip calculation
- Health check reservation
- Support for procedures for new and retiring employees
- Correspondence with shipping companies, tracking import consumption tax
- Reporting to HQ (accounts receivable, bank balance, headcount)
- Distribution of letters, office stationery management and other related tasks.
- Maintain clean office environment (order cleaning; garbage disposal).
- Handling mail, main telephone line.
Report to:Managing Director (Axess Japan)■休日:完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日
- 求める経験

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel (sum, vlookup, pivot, filter, sorting)
- Structured working style with attention to detail
- Accounting related qualifications desirable
- Ability to work with a geographically dispersed organization
- Excellent knowledge of Japanese (native speaker) and solid English skills in spoken and written form
