We are responsible for product strategy, project and series management, down to EoP of all Fuso related powertrain aggregates, either conventional ones (diesel) or ZEV´s for all markets, vehicles and applications.

We take care by defining the products way forward, target pictures and ensuring, that our strategy is executed in collaboration with cross-functional teams, where customer needs & project targets are fulfilled, as well as delivered on time. Lead of 3 directs, department with approx. 15 people is responsible for overall powertrain strategy & product management.
Cross-functional collaboration with all relevant line functions is essential, committee reporting & according preparation is major part of this role.

3名の直属部下を擁する約15名の部門は、パワートレイン戦略全体と製品管理を担当します。
関連する全ライン部門とのクロスファンクショナルな連携が不可欠であり、委員会への報告とそれに伴う準備がこの役割の主要な部分です。

【仕事内容 / Job Description】
As the L4 (manager) for Product & Project Management of ZEV Powertrain (currently focusing on battery electric propulsion) you will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing projects & series changes in regards to the charging system, high-voltage battery and eAxle. Your role will involve managing these components from early product development stages (QG9) through to Series Production (SOP) for new products and SOP until end-of-production (EoP) for existing products. You will work to ensure that all business and functional related targets, timeline, and strategic directions align toward a unified, successful outcome. Facilitate cross functional exchange especially for critical issues or conflicting targets within all functions and the project management organization.
Coordinate discussion and exchange within matrix-organization and secure support from top management.

ZEVパワートレイン（現在はバッテリー電気推進に注力）の製品・プロジェクト管理のL4（マネージャー）として、充電システム、高電圧バッテリー、eAxleに関連するプロジェクトおよび量産変更の主導、計画、実行を担当します。新製品については初期製品開発段階（QG9）から量産開始（SOP）まで、既存製品については量産開始（SOP）から生産終了（EoP）まで、これらのコンポーネントを管理します。全ての事業・機能関連目標、タイムライン、戦略的方向性が統一された成功へと収束するよう推進します。特に重要課題や機能間・プロジェクト管理組織内の目標衝突に関しては、クロスファンクショナルな情報交換を促進します。
マトリクス組織内での議論・情報交換を調整し、経営陣からの支援を確保する。

■休日：完全週休二日制

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automotive, business or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within the automotive industry, with a focus on powertrain or electric propulsion systems.
• (Strong) understanding of battery electric vehicles systems, including charging infrastructure, high-voltage battery technology, and eAxle integration
• Language: English-Native to Business, Japanese-Native to Conversational is preferable

• 工学、自動車、ビジネスまたは関連分野の学士号または修士号
• プロジェクトマネジメントの実績（自動車業界での経験が望ましい）、特にパワートレインまたは電動推進システムに重点を置いた経験
• 充電インフラ、高電圧バッテリー技術、eAxle統合を含むバッテリー電気自動車システムの（深い）理解
• 言語：英語 - ビジネスレベルもしくはネイティブ（業務の大部分は英語です）、日本語 - 日常会話～ネイティブレベルが望ましい
