■Role for this position
The Master Scheduler is responsible for leading the materials planning team. This role works with the Sales and Commercial Leader, Materials Manager, Procurement Leader, and supply chain to translate the demand (forecasts, sales orders, planned orders) across multiple time horizons into physical orders and ensures they are delivered to meet the customer requirements.

■As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
Loading, maintaining, and providing a demand forecast to meet revenue and On Time Delivery goals.
Maintaining Plant Line of Balance.
Leading time Analysis and Total Replacement Lead Time maintenance.
Managing On Time Delivery and Revenue goals.
Managing Overdue Backlog.

■休日：完全週休二日制, 土, 日, 祝日, GW, 夏季休暇, 年末年始

■Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experience (hope for 3+ years’ experience)
• Strong oral and written communication skills both English and Japanese.
• Experience in order management, planning, inventory optimization and management
• Be able to demonstrate strong project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Hope for knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality is preferred
• Ability to work with and influence stakeholders
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency
• Certifications; APICS Certification is preferred
