• BA or BS degree and above
• Native Japanese and Business level fluency in English
• Minimum 5 years of experience with proven track record in managing end to end recruitment process and onboarding process with good track record in similar position, ideally in pharma industry.
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations in recruiting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employer branding.
• Proficient using of social media, scouting and job boards.
• Expand responsibility or move to other HR and/or Administration areas.
• Take the HRBP role for covering all HR matters.
