Account management and automotive seating business development for Nissan and Mitsubishi
1. Phase0 (Pre-RFI/RFQ) commercial activities
a. Introducing Yanfeng innovation by collaboration with Engineering team and finding out business opportunities. (Necessary to understand minimum technical contents.)
b. Cost analysis and directional quote preparation with global quote team.
c. A description of the market price for us to be registered on the customer's supplier panel. (Pre RFI)
d. Technical presentation support.
2. Phase1 (RFI/RFQ) commercial activities.
a. Cost analysis and quote preparation with global quote team.
b. Commercial negotiation with the customer.
c. Technical presentation support.
3. Phase2 commercial activities after sourcing decision.
a. PDCT strategic documentation and negotiations
b. Correspondence by customer's development event (pre-delivery quality confirmation meeting, trial delivery, etc.)
4. Maintain and keep current business
a. MZK compatible.
b. Handling the design change request.(G2B)
c. Coordination with customers for overall supply issues such as product delivery problems
d. Answering commercial inquiries.
5. Strategic commercial activity
a. TBL (Target Business List) maintenance
b. Profit Plan maintenance
c. Market analysis (competitors, customers, end users, technical trend)

1.Minimum 7 years sales experience in JOEM automotive business. (Especially work experience with Nissan)
2.Preferable experience : Program management, Costing, Business development
3.Moderate technical knowledge of interior products which can support technical presentation to the customer.
