Primary Purpose of Position】
In a true generalist Human Resources role, the People Partner (known internally as People & Culture [P&C] Partner) will be responsible for providing timely and mainly support to several BUs under the Japan Group and from time-to-time other Lines of Business. The P&C Partner will support the execution of HR programs, handle employee inquiries, and takes on general to Employee Relations, performance management, coaching, development, compensation, internal mobility, staff retention, etc.■休日：完全週休二日制, GW, 祝日, 年末年始, 夏季休暇

Work Experience
Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a similar HR role
Experience in supporting Tech businesses, or Entertainment businesses strongly preferred.
Experience to work for multinational company and complex global matrix organization preferred.
A Bachelor’s Degree within a related field, preferred■職種未経験者：不可
