工場では主にシャンプー、コンディショナーなどを生産しています。
国内流通している大部分を生産している拠点ですので、非常に影響力が大きい拠点となります。そちらの工場での品質のマネージャー職を募集いたします。当ポジションはロジスティクス側のマネージメントも兼任となります。
Quality
• Implements Quality Management System for Quality Assurance and Control in factory and conducts QMS Verification process to ensure compliance to our QMS and standards
• Implements and complies with our technology standards and GMPs in factory
• Complies with all local regulatory requirements and ethnic and religious requirements are in place and attained such as Kosher, Halal, etc. at manufacturing sites
• Develops, implements and updates HACCP plan from design to consumption and puts in place, validates and verifies prerequisite programs for risk mitigation (e.g. cleaning)
• Applies traceability, controls, inspection and sampling plans aligned with the requirements and risks such as allergens, microbiological and chemical contamination
• Conducts required testing and release to assess Quality throughout production cycle (e.g. WIP, at-factory CRQS assessments) and applies good laboratory practices
• Reviews and Analyzes operational KPIs, loss trees, data and document results for trends to maintain quality performance in required ranges
• Conducts process capability validation studies and uses information to validate specification limits
• Uses, maintains and calibrates relevant measurement equipment
• Monitors supplier’s performance for bought in materials and services and partners with Procurement to improve quality of inbound materials by acting on performance trends, engaging suppliers, promoting continuous improvement and identifying best practices
• Leads Quality Pillar in WCM (World Class Manufacturing, same program as TPM) activities
• Ensures Quality deployment through structured Quality Improvement, WCM and GVS / RVS framework as part of the Manufacturing Excellence initiative
• Maintain IT-matex system and improve the system
• Lead the factory as a member of factory management team: Join the monthly Factory Management Meeting – factory strategy, resource planning, disaster management and employee satisfaction etc.
Logistics/Scheduling
• Drives the interal factory logistics operation; contractor management, management of RPM recieving and FG shipping system, communication with deploy team to adjust the delivery schedule and stock taking
• Leads the contractor management to operate the warehouse without safety incident and with optimized operation
• Improves the factory logistics operation cost such as contractor fee, forklift cost and disposal cost
• Leads Logistics & Customer Service pillar in WCM activities
• Implements the digital operation solution by utilizing the current sysytem or introducing new system for shipping invoices and stock taking and so on
• Collaborates with Planning team to maximize the production plan to improve GM
• Leads and solve the urgent issues of production plan change such as RPM delivery delay, machine breakdown and quality issue happened with stakeholders
• Reviews and Analyzes operational KPIs, loss trees, data and document results for trends
• Collaborates with Logistics team to optimize end to end logistics Service, Cost, Cash and Sustainability agenda
