• Provide regular HR services in an accurate and timely manner: processes of talent status change (new hire, transfer, retire, etc.), announcement, contracting, etc.
• Act as HR contact person and give advice on payroll, social insurances, benefits, medical check, personnel/ labor issues, etc.
• Update HR data and maintain accuracy
• Provide HR report, KPI tracking, forecast on a regular basis. Improve, customize and add upon necessity
• Propose HR process improvement and pursue efficiency and effectiveness
• Research both external/ internal information and apply for HR scheme planning, execution and communication
• Cooperate with the audit with accuracy and timeliness
• For any errors which may occur, correct and take preventive measures from the viewpoint of compliance.
■休日：完全週休二日制, GW, 祝日, 年末年始, 土, 日
• Basic knowledge in HR and labor law, and ability to use them for problem solving
• Experiences in data management, analysis and reporting. Experiences in C&B, payroll or HR Service
• High communication skill with stakeholders (office colleagues, vendors and customers)
• Excel (good sense in formula combination. VBA is a plus), Word, PowerPoint
