· Lead HR programs and activities including induction, compensation, benefits, feedback systems, global mobility, immigration, Functional professional recruitment, HRIS, and exit procedures
· Facilitate performance management processes for business function including reviews, promotion diligence, and performance warning processes
· Prepare and deliver HR-related agreements and communications, including business function offer letters, promotion, transition, severance, tenure, FTE and compensation communications
· Update all local policies adducing to any changes, and suggest new initiative based on any law changes
· Implement global HR programs and design local programs as necessary
· Work collaboratively with HR Director on various initiatives and programs including performance management, compensation, learning and development, global training, communication (officewide, class-specific, individual), connectedness, promotion processes, and retention
· Work collaboratively with Consultant PD and training team on consultant’s performance management and improvement support
· Respond to employee concerns and well-being
· Support HR Director and APAC legal team on the employee relationship
· Act as an ombudsman and “eyes and ears” of office or region (morale, culture, overall employee satisfaction)
· Manage daily operations of the HR departments reflecting the highest levels of service orientation
· Coach and develop HR members including temp staffs
· Manage annual operating budgets that is related to the HR team
· Liaises with Support management to ensure proper programs and activities for Support employees
· Ad hoc project work and experience sharing as necessary
· Perform special office, regional or global projects as required
