The role of Sales Account Manager reports directly to the Sales Team Leader for Japan and is to develop strategy and execute sales plans to drive growth in our revenue and market share in the Japanese market.
The Sales Account Manager will work with Our resources at its various sites, including Business Development, Engineering, Operations, QA, and other staff to execute the plan and achieve sales growth targets.
The Sales Account Manager will be expected to develop ‘subject matter expertise’ for relevant Applications in Japan and will work closely with Business Development, Engineering, and other team to ensure Our sales success.
■Main Responsibilities & Tasks
The Sales Account Manager shall:
1,Communicate with OEM customers and institutional/R&D customers to assist in the specification of their high voltage product requirements.
Interface between customers and Our factories to address requirements from customers with respect to products, deliveries, schedules, pricing, and other relevant factors.
2,Manage the quotation, order acquisition and fulfilment process with appropriate follow up.
3,Develop and execute on a high voltage power supply market and high voltage power supply application sales plan in Japan; including targeting 4,OEM system manufacturers and institutional/R&D customers for developing relationships to promote the adoption of Our high voltage power supply products.
5,Function as Sales Account Manager for customers, including account penetration, project development and management, facilitation of communication across multi-departmental lines, and building long term sustainable relationships that promote continuous growth and customer satisfaction.
6,To achieve the Japan sales budget for accountable customer and to contribute to the APAC and Global sales target each financial cycle.
7,Maintain in depth product knowledge to support Sales, Business Development and Marketing teams on Our high voltage power supply and be fully aware of the competition and the competitive sales strategy.
8,To support at events, trade shows and webinars with specific input on Our high voltage power supply solutions.
9,To develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities in CRM and to review these opportunities weekly.
10,To participate in the sales forecast process and have specific knowledge of all significant sales opportunities.
