仕事内容

Sales & customer communication for JCKK Seat programs for Customer Group Honda. Responsible for two role in sales organization mainly. New business acquisition through sourcing process and global sales management for entire product cycle to EOP. Focus customer relation, new business development, delivery support, working with engineering, finances, quality and so on. Also close communication with overseas colleagues & driving them is essential in this position.

■ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

・Builds and maintains good relationships with customers to ensure continuous revenue growth.

・Communicates well with related team members and leverages internal resources to effectively deliver against customer requirements to ensure smooth progress of programs, focusing on team effort.

・Personal sales of equipment/services to customers, incl. clarify system design focusing on features & benefits and launching of new products/services.

・Preparing and revising of project costing and quotations, incl. tenders

・Follow-up on all quotations submitted and report quotation status

・Negotiate and finalize contract with internal and external customers

・Plans and coordinates programs for maximum sales volume and profitability.

・Follows up on all quotations submitted and reports quotation status.

・Prototype sales ordering management and price agreement with customers

・Conducts market intelligence - competitor activities, pricing and market trends.

・Performs any other duties from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by your superior.

・Travels as needed for communication and interaction with customers and team.

■Requirements: Qualification

・EDUCATION:

-Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent work experience. Master holder is preferable.

■EXPERIENCE:

・Good understanding of automotive industries’ development system & decision making process.

・Over 5 -10years experience as sales in automotive industries, especially in car parts supplier.

・International business experience, either from having lived abroad or from having worked for a foreign-affiliated company, is preferred

■COMMUNICATION

-Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to express information/ideas in a professional manner to varying levels of people and customers.

-Strong English skills required. (TOEIC; 700 or higher is preferred)
