■Main Purpose of Job

The Nespresso eCommerce Manager is accountable for the market's eCommerce Channels Sales. He/She is in charge of building the channel’s long term strategy, its business development and operational planning ensuring the E2E optimization, efficiency and profitability of both owned Digital Boutiques (nespresso.com B2C+B2B) and not-owned (eRetailer.com). He/She leads a structured eCommerce team and is accountable to deliver upon both sales and customer satisfaction targets and drives the day-to-day operations, according to the strategy he/she has defined, in close cooperation with the market's functions and channels' management (CRC, Retail, Trade, CRM, Marketing, Supply Chain, F&C, TQM, etc). He/She owns the digital path to purchase and the customer journeys from online New Members Acquisition to sales and retention.

■Leads the markets' eCommerce business development and builds the strategy to deliver on sales and customer satisfaction targets (B2C & OOH):

- Accountable to define the local strategy, assembling brand and relational initiatives, from traffic acquisition to conversion and retention, in close collaboration with all market's functions and channels, for both B2C/B2B.

- Accountable for the exploration, assessment and development of local eRetailing initiatives (on both retailers.com and on pure players - e.g. Amazon/Rakuten/others) in collaboration with and in support of the market's Commercial Dept.

- Accountable of building the eCommerce OP and OMP in alignment with all relevant market's departments/functions, leading the team in its execution.

- Accountable to establish clear and effective ways of working with all key market stakeholders (CRC, SC, Finance, etc).

- Accountable for the representation of the eCommerce Channel Performance in Business Review meetings with both market's Mancom and Zone management.

■Leads eCommerce Operations (B2C & OOH):

- Accountable to ensure that eCommerce Operations are managed according the Global standard defined

- Accountable to ensure the Brand equity is protected on all digital touchpoints

- Accountable to ensure all eBusiness activities & KPIs are tracked

- Accountable to centralize all eCommerce needs/initiatives at Market level.

- Accountable to ensure seamless operations with [Market] other channel peers to insure local customers are offered with an integrated,omni-channel user experience

・Business degree

■Professional experience:

・At least 7 years experiences in eBusiness (commercial side)

・Strong experience in Digital Marketing activities to drive traffic on websites (SEO, SEM, Display…).

・Strong experience in Website running (Content Management, eMerchandising, A/B testing & personalization)

・Experience in building eBusiness operations (organization, processes, guidelines) a strong plus.

・People management experience is a must, in leading and managing cross functional team

・Stakeholder Management in a matrix organisation
