Kewillという輸送管理システム(TMS)の導入ポジションです

自社物流サービスを利用することになったクライアント向けの導入プロジェクトをメインに担当いただきます

グローバルベンダーとやり取りしながら、プロジェクトを円滑に進めて頂きます

【Overall Role Purpose 】

The role is responsible for running the support of IT Transport applications

(both local and regional applications).

The Support Analyst will be responsible for minimizing the adverse impact of

incidents and problems on the business, preventing recurrence of incidents

related to these errors, and for achieving or overachieving the agreed service

levels.

【 Key activities 】

<Strategy>

・Support the on-going life of Transport Applications through the available management tools, methodologies, governance and standards.

<Business Partner>

・Build strong working relationships with Operations & Site Management teams.

・Manages communication between Business and IT for all notifications, bulletins, changes, standard reporting.

・Build working relationships with the Regional and Global Product Management teams.

・Contribute to improving the country business unit P&L through effective usage of IT services and solutions.

<Product / Service Management>

・Manages the ongoing support of the applications related to Transport and our main Japan customers. Including incident & problem Management, Change & Release management, SLA management, Vendor Management. Applications especially include (but are not limited to): TMS systems, Customer visibility solution, System Interfacing.

・Takes the lead for the identification, isolation, and management of problems to resolution or logged and managed as a known error.

・Contributes to the continuous improvement of the supported applications and their associated quality of service.

・Takes the responsibility of managing change requests for needs that do not require a full new project.

<IT Teams>

・Work collaboratively with other Resolver Groups (Infrastructure, other Application resolver teams, Deployment teams), be they Local/ Regional/Global IT.

・Build strong relationships with the Country Infrastructure Service Management team to ensure SLA’s are achieved and necessary support processes are followed.

・Build strong relationships with super users from business teams, drive together continuous improvement.

・Fluent in English (verbal and written)

・ITIL Foundation certification
