This position covers the customer development of a sizable and strategically important channel, which requires high level of internal cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder engagement. Elevating the quality of dialogue with the customers through the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process, and managing the business KPI with the customers are the two major responsibilities.

Are you a driven & ambitious Key Account Manager who has strong key account management experience with FMCG industry・

Here’s a fantastic opportunity for you to be a part of a growing team in the LEGO・ Group to help to bring the LEGO Brand to life in Japan.

Take on the challenge as a member of the Sales team in Japan

・ Develop and manage strategically important accounts

・ Produce and implement strategic sales plan with long time horizon

・ Meet agreed targets and accelerate performance standards, ie score card improvement within agreed budgets per segment

・ Proactively develop strategic customer alliances with customer to facilitate the achievement of long-term LEGO Group’s objectives

・ Participate in S&OP process at both country and customer level, including observing deadlines for input as well as support for other sales team members.

・ Collaborate with different functional teams such as Trade Marketing and Operations

What we’re looking for

・ Successful track record in sales and marketing related functions

・ 5+ years working with Key accounts, preferably within FMCG or branded goods industry.

・ 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional environment.

・ Strong negotiations and communication skills.

・ Proficient in excel and powerpoint.

・ Intermediate level both written and oral English
