<About The Role>

They are looking for a highly experienced and well-trained professional in Paid Social Media to provide strategic expertise and empower our new and existing clientele to use our technology to meet their goals.

This role will grow our expanding need for experts who can ensure that all of our customers meaningfully understand the value that their Advertising brings to their organization.

The role holder will work actively with the Success and Services teams to resolve all Paid Advertising related issues; whilst contributing to the development of the Sprinklr Japan’s advertising organization.

The Advertising Platform Manager & team will act as front-line support for Sprinklr’s account managers to drive client adoption, spend, and satisfaction.

<Main Responsibilities>

・ Lead advertising platform team to help discover all of the paid social media requirements for new Sprinklr clients & drive platform adoption, piped media spend, and end-user satisfaction

・ Ensure that all client users are trained on the value the paid media platform can provide to their business

・ Meetings with day-to-day level clients, stakeholders to perform desk-side coaching, enduser optimization, and client satisfaction - should include details on client engagement, Paid media impact, progress reports on issue resolution, etc

・ Develop Paid specific client and internal training and ongoing education

・ Support our development and services team to ensure optimal client service as it relates to platform performance, functionality, enhancements, and training

・ Attend Paid-specific internal Services meetings on assigned business

<Desired Skills and Experience>

・ 3-5+ years of experience paid social media, including operations and strategy roles with a platform (e.g. Facebook or Twitter), agency or major social media advertiser

・ Demonstrate experience and a passion for the paid social media technology universe

・ Preferred experience in client advisory/services, specifically in applying paid media to drive their business objectives

・ Proven track record of working within a highly complex organization (client or otherwise) to see through solutions to complex problems

・ High knowledge of agencies and Japan ad tech ecosystem

・ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

・ Strong technical background with advanced computer skills

・ Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

・ Extremely strong communication and presentation skills

・ Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously

・ Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight

・ Native Japanese Speaker and business level English proficiency

・ 4-year college degree

<Preferred Technical Skills>

・ Extensive knowledge of paid media, including but not limited to Facebook and Twitter, including both native publishing tools (e.g. Power Editor) and third party paid media publishing tools

・ Ad tracking technologies e.g. Atlas or similar

・ Web analytics e.g. Omniture or similar

・ Tools used within Sprinklr including Google apps, Salesforce, and Asana

・ Knowledge of web usability best practices, website navigation design and flow, content classification, and content management methods and systems
