■ファイナンス部門では、ＦＣでの業務の管理会計業務を行うファイナンス・アナリストを募集しています。複雑さを増すネットワークは、Amazon.co.jpが競合他社からの追随を許さない高品質とスピーディな配送を実現し、これがわが社の強みのひとつとなっています。

ダイナミックかつ急速に成長する物流センター業務を分析するファイナンス・アナリストは、プロジェクト単位に新しいプロセスを導入し、オペレーションコストの予測とファイナンス指標や生産性指標を報告、そして、商品カテゴリー単位のオペレーションコストの配賦を主とした役割が期待されます。さらに、設備投資を必要とするプロジェクトの導入評価とその予算管理も役割として期待されます。また、アマゾンで働くすべての人は、部門間同士での協力が不可欠です。

【主な職務内容と責任範囲】

■財務報告書の作成と保持

■FCの変動費及び固定費をOperations teamと共に管理し、ファイナンス・マネージャー.へのレポート

■オペレーション・チームへの分析サポート。財務分析はFinancial及びNon-Financial metricsのDaily、Weekly、Monthlyレポート

■四半期の予測プロセスの簡易化

■ビジネス提案及び資産活用の評価を含む分析サポート

■費用予測、財政的な測定基準報告、月次会計、及び新プロセスの実行、予算作成

■組織を横断的にコミュニケーションを取り、各部門とのパートナーシップの構築

仕事内容

プロジェクトオフィスにて、シニア・カスタマープロジェクトマネージャーとしてご活躍いただきます。

顧客そしてエリクソンにとっても利益につながる様、プロフェッショナルとして顧客への質の高いサービス提供を行います。

プロジェクトマネージャーとアシスタントプロジェクトマネージャーのチームを統括することも重要なミッションのひとつです。チーム内での情報共有に努め、グループでナレッジを共有することで、若手メンバーの育成を図ります。

具体的な仕事内容

?大規模プロジェクトを担当し、顧客と合意したスコープ、コスト、スケジュールの中で、プロジェクトを進めます。

?社内外の関係者の取りまとめ、管理。

?プリセールスフェーズに参加し、スケジュールや予算の見通し、発生しうるリスクについて助言を行います。

?チーム内の若手育成にも寄与します。

?自身が中心となり、社内外での円滑なコミュニケーションを促します。

?プロジェクトデリバリープロセスや手法において、改善すべき点や課題があれば、そこに対して提言し、解決に向けて取り組みます。

仕事内容：

IP、BB、コア部門にあるプロジェクトオフィスは、日本のService Delivery and Operations Divisionにおけるプロジェクトデリバリーの全責任を担います。

プロジェクトマネジャーは、顧客へのエリクソン窓口となり、プロジェクトのスコープを設定し、リソースの管理と全てのプロセスの計画、モニターを行います。

具体的な仕事内容：

?セールスフェーズから、プロジェクトのプランニング、遂行、サポートフェーズへの移管までの全工程の管理

?セールスフェーズでのプロジェクトの見積もりやプロジェクト内のリスク管理

?プロジェクトとして目指すゴール（納品期日や提供するサービスの質等）を設定

?顧客のニーズを踏まえた上でのプロジェクト推進と提案書作成

?顧客や社内関係者と行う報告会・会議の企画・運営

?社内のサポート部隊やパートナー企業のインターフェースとなり、業務の割振りや問合せ対応

Act as a Customer Project Manager in the Project Office.

The Project Manager should ensure that all deliverables towards the end customer are made in a professional way with benefit to both the customer and Ericsson.

As well as this the leading of a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers is also required. Main tasks for this are to ensure a good information flow through the team, enable sharing of experiences through the group and driving competence development of the less experienced members of the team.

The main responsibilities are described as follows;

- Driving major projects towards the customer

- Deliver the project within the agreed scope, cost and time frames.

- Managing internal and external stakeholders.

- Participating in Pre-Sales activities to give accurate time and budgetary information, as well as highlighting major risks.

- Develop the competence of other members of the team.

- Ensure communication flows internally and externally are observed and followed.

- Highlight or suggest areas of improvement for the project processes in general, as well as driving competence centers to improve general delivery processes and procedures.

【Primary responsibilities】

・実施医療機関において正確な症例登録計画を立案し、確実に遂行する。

・多くの症例登録を実施できるポテンシャルの高い実施医療機関を探索し、その施設におけるポテンシャルの維持・開拓を行う。

・実施医療機関との良好な関係を構築し、Lilly/CROと医療機関の間で試験が円滑に進むようサポートする。

・開発計画段階において、日本での各臨床試験の実施可能性へのインプット、および試験デザインへのインプットを行う。

【Secondary responsibilities】

□実施医療機関等の外部顧客の意見を社内に確実に届ける。

□“リリーの顔”として、リリーブランドの構築に自発的に貢献する。

【Overall Job Purpose】

This position is to execute the delivery projects from the late stage of Proposal Phase to Deploy Phase with an appropriate level of computer system quality by utilizing professional project management methodologies, such as the Critical Chain Project Management. This position is also responsible for the transition of IT solutions to Service Management Team.

【Primary responsibilities】

-Is accountable for communication with Business Engagement Team, Go Team, business partners and other related members within the scope of project management.

-Is accountable for creation and maintenance of a project charter

- Builds and maintains an integrated project plan in professional manner, such as Critical Chain Project Management methodology

-Analyzes project status and risk/issue, and facilitates project meeting

-Influences adjustments to project schedule, budget, resources, and activities

-Provides critical path/critical chain information to project team members and leaders to influence the prioritization of work

-Communicates the impact of project changes to Solution Delivery Manager and Portfolio & Resource Manager

-Incorporates and manages execution of OCM plan, as a part of the overarching project plan

-Educate project team members on project processes and methodologies

-Facilitates identification and support roles and responsibilities

-Is accountable for coordination of and assuring integration of all program components, including projects and establishing the program environment. This includes creating and integrating program management change control processes and establishing methodology standards for the program and standards for monitoring.

-Drives and controls Program/Project Scope Management

-including prioritizing projects within the program, initiating projects; planning, defining and verifying scope; and establishing and leading scope change control processes at the Program Level.

-Assists in monitoring and controlling Project Cost Management – including resource planning and estimating, budgeting and controlling costs at the Program Level.

<Overall Job Purpose>

Provide strong statistical leadership in the process of drug development in Asia-Pacific region

The Project statistician develops or assists in the development of protocol designs, clinical plans, and data analysis plans in collaboration with physicians, veterinarians, and/or medical colleagues. The Project Statistician is responsible for working with research associates and scientists to establish a reporting database and for analyzing data for these types of studies.

<Primary responsibilities>

＊Statistical Trial Design and Analysis

・Operate in collaboration with study personnel to provide input on study protocol, design studies and write protocols for the conduct of each study.

・Assist in or be accountable for selecting statistical methods for data analysis, authoring the corresponding sections of the protocol, and conducting the actual analysis once a reporting database is created.

・Collaborate with data management in the planning and implementation of data quality assurance plans.

・Maintain currency with respect to statistical methodology, to maintain proficiency in applying new and varied methods, and to be competent in justifying methods selected.

・Participate in peer-review work products from other statistical colleagues.

＊Communication of Results and Inferences

・Collaborate with team members to write reports and communicate results.

・Assist with, or be responsible for, communicating study results via regulatory submissions, manuscripts, or oral presentations in group settings, as well as for communicating one-on-one with key customers and presenting at scientific meetings.
