仕事内容

As a Marketing Consultant, you will have responsibility for Marketing / Promotion of “Go-to-Market” responsibility including New Product Introduction marketing, execution of marketing campaign, and creating of sales support deliverables. This position is well versed in segmented marketing, online / digital / print channel strategies, lead generation/sales conversion, branding, marketing analytics, lead generation, and new product introduction launches. You will serve as a consultant and divisional expert in a specialized field or specialty area where decisions and recommendations are made for strategic advantage and contribute to the Division’s business and long-term leadership position.

■Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

・Develops strategic plans and execute within the marketing communications discipline for key initiatives within Global Construction & infrastructure. (Caterpillar medium to large core products and its services)

・Strategies and execution may include researching customer buying behavior within these marketing segments: Road Construction, Quarry & Aggregates, Heavy Construction and Rental

・Position leads large projects, works with sales / commercial team, global team, managing marketing / creative agencies.

・Manages the compliance of its own assignments and keeps up to date with new industry trends, customer engagement, and changing consumer technologies affecting the competitive environment

・Partnering with Product Application Specialist team to deliver on NPI marketing plans, and ensure alignment with sales support and promotion plans

・Working collaboratively with Commercial / Sales Team (Product Marketing Consultants) to support campaigns and ensure seamless go-to-market

・Coordinating development of promotional video, photography, press releases.

・Coordinating all translations of core content through to publish.

・Working with enterprise process owners (cat.com, dealer.cat.com, translations, sales support materials,) to execute and publish content and deliverables.

・Developing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy for GCI (Caterpillar medium to large core products and its services) to ensure optimal organic search.

・Managing associated budgets.

・Must communicate effectively across product, industry, dealer and/or customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations

■Design and implementation of target group specific concepts and communication tools for Japan

■Design and implementation of local communication tools, e.g. POW, presentations for dealer binding and support. Direct mailings etc.
